Too soon for snow
(In our opinion.)

It snowed today, more than a foot in some parts (High Point, Lebanon) and almost a foot in others (Mount Olive). It was also windy, and is still… a 66-mile-per-hour gust was reported in Cape May.
The storm, the first big one of the season, led to power outages for more than 100,000 utility customers in the Northeast, according to the Associated Press. About 67,000 of those were reportedly in New Jersey, mostly in the northern part of the state. Road crews were salting the Turnpike faster than Todd Palin on a snowmobile.
Hazardous weather and wind advisories remain in effect in parts of the state through tonight.
