Recycling boat shrink wrap

Nine New Jersey counties will be recycling the shrink wrap many people use to protect their boats from the elements. The counties — Atlantic, Burlington, Cape May, Cumberland, Middlesex, Morris, Ocean, Sussex and Union — were awarded funding and will collect and recycle boat shrink wrap for five years starting this year, according to the DEP.
