Highlands council meets today

On the agenda: The Pinnacle project in Oakland, a proposed 209-unit residential development (with 28 “affordable” units). In 2005, those affordable units won the plan an exemption from the normal rules of the Highlands Act. Now, the developer is seeking a wastewater permit, and the council will decide its fate.

The meeting is today at 4 p.m. at 100 North Rd. in Chester. Click here for the full agenda, more information about Pinnacle, and dates and times of future meetings.
